Supporters and honorary members

The success of the IATC is due to the immense support that we have received over the years from civil society, governmental and business actors based in different countries and regions. They have all done their part to improve pediatric anesthesiology through in kind, monetary or other donations. As a result the safety and comfort for many children that have undergone medical treatment has significantly improved. While we hope to continue cooperating with many of our existing supporters, we are always grateful when we can enlarge this hugely important group for our work by winning new supporters. Please feel free to contact us, if you want to support the IATC!

Aureliu Ciocoi, Ambassador, Embassy of Republic of Moldova, Berlin: "Sicherheit in der Anästhesie geht uns alle etwas an.

Stefan Kapferer, State Secretary, German Federal Ministry of Economy, Berlin: “IATC is a very successful civil-society-based project linking Eastern European States- especially the Republic of Moldova -with state of the art equipment and therapies in the field of pediatric anaesthesia. It is proof that such collaborative efforts can achieve positive outcomes, even with limited financial resources.”

Professor Ion Ababii, Rector of the Medical and Pharmaceutical University in Chisinau, Moldova: „The IATC project has made a lasting impact on Moldovan anesthesiology standards. There has been sustainable improvement for our patients as well as in the work of our health care professionals. Furthermore, the transfer of know-how has introduced our medical professionals to important European perspectives - knowledge of which we would like to deepen in the future.“

Professor Dr. Klaus Hurrelmann, Professor of Public Health and Education, Hertie School of Governance, Berlin: "Children are a vulnerable group in society that require special attention and support, in particular in the day-to-day medicalwork. A society that treats children well, in general, proves to have a strong social impetus. By focusing on improving pediatric anesthesia care, the IATC supports transition countries in a highly important dimension of medical care."
